General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Veronika Roßmann (sole proprietor) at the email address laufvibe@gmail.com.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via email.

4. Prices and payment terms
The prices quoted do not include statutory VAT according to the small business regulation (§19 UStG).
The following payment methods are available:

  • Klarna
  • EPS

5. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and are:

  • Germany: €4.50
  • Austria: €6.50
  • Switzerland: €8.00
  • Zone 1 (Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom, Cyprus): €7.45

The delivery time is:

  • Within the DACH and EU regions: 3–5 business days.
  • International deliveries: 5-7 business days, depending on customs processing time.

Note on import duties and customs:
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are levied by the authorities of the receiving country and are to be borne by the buyer.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Veronika Roßmann until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Liability
Veronika Roßmann does not offer any special warranty on the products sold.
Any liability for damages resulting from the use of the products offered is excluded.

8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Germany.
